Our Business Services Implementation Team is focused on maturing our industry of firms that provide valuable back office services to businesses in other regions of the state and country through “onshore offshoring.” With Bakersfield’s relatively affordable housing and cost of living, the region is competitive as an area for business expansion and relocation from Coastal California.
The goals of our Business Services Implementation Team include:
- Capitalizing on growth in remote services, outsourcing functions and back-office relocation from Coastal California
- Connecting to serve demand in East Kern
- Meeting the expansion needs of small, emerging tech oriented firms
- Developing a stronger talent base for both existing firms and prospects
