Deep Prosperity Council
The B3K Deep Prosperity Council is composed of individuals who represent disadvantaged communities and historically marginalized subpopulations within the Bakersfield-Kern region. The Deep Prosperity Council helps ensure that our efforts are truly inclusive and incorporate perspectives from those who typically don’t have a seat at the table in economic development initiatives.
